Durasupreme builds semi-custom and custom cabinetry in Story City, Iowa. Construction quality is consistent, and they offer significantly more finish and specification options than most semi-custom brands. We recommend them when a project needs exact dimensions, specific wood species, or a finish that standard lines don’t carry.

No. Hardware is not included with any cabinet order. Knobs, pulls, and handles are purchased separately. You can source them yourself or we can help you select something that works with your door style and finish when you visit the showroom. Hardware selection is one of the last decisions but makes a big visual difference, so we recommend having an idea of direction before your final order.

We are authorized dealers for three brands: Fabuwood (semi-custom), Durasupreme (full custom), and Bertch (kitchen and bath specialty). We also carry RTA cabinets for budget-conscious projects. Our showroom is at 9518 Anderson Mill Rd Suite B, Austin, TX 78729. We are in Northwest Austin near the intersection of Anderson Mill Road and US-183. Parking is available at the suite.

Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday from 10am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays. Walk-ins are welcome, though we recommend calling ahead so we can dedicate a team member to your visit.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery or customer pickup. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original undamaged packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Installed cabinets, special-order items, and custom-configured orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Inspect all items at the time of delivery or pickup. Any damage, missing pieces, or discrepancies must be reported within 5 calendar days. Claims made after that window cannot be processed.

No. Once an order is submitted it cannot be changed or canceled. The customer is responsible for verifying all measurements, layouts, and specifications before the order is placed. This is why we review everything together before confirming your order.

Standard delivery is curbside, garage, or first-floor entrance only. Moving product upstairs, inside the home, or into specific rooms is not included unless separately quoted in writing.
